At the Mack Fitness Center Mondays 5:00 PM, Wednesdays at 6:00 AM & Thursdays at 9:00 AM

Get more results from your work out by using exercises that emphasize the use of your core. You will get an overall body workout while improving stability, mobility, strength and power.

This class will incorporate the use of bands, kettle balls, weights, TRX and cables.
