Get more results from your workout by using exercises that emphasize the use of your core. You will get an overall body workout while improving stability, mobility, strength and power. This class will incorporate the use of bands, kettle balls, weights, TRX and cables.

 

This class takes place on Mondays at 5 PM, Wednesdays at 6 AM and Thursdays at 9 AM in the Mack Fitness center, Building 34.
