The Mack Fitness Center received five new Technogym Excite Treadmills that will be placed inside the facility and also in the Building 4 Bay 3 fitness room.
The Technogym Excite Treadmill has new challenging workouts and innovative features that are designed to deliver results in a fun and easy way. This machine helps you track your activity and stats by syncing with your Apple Watch. You can also create your own track on the console or join another user’s track to work out together.
Also added to the Mack Fitness Center is a Rogue Echo Fan Bike. This is a quiet, belt driven steel fan bike with a blade that produces a smooth, consistent ride, while a high-contrast, battery powered console allows users to track intervals, distance, calories burned, heart rate and more.
Patrons are encouraged to visit the Mack Fitness Center to view and try our new machines. The Mack Fitness Center is open seven days a week and is free to all Tobyhanna Army Depot employees.
