Eligible to: Tobyhanna Housing residents, Tobyhanna Villa guests, Barracks residents, Tobyhanna Army Depot employees and Retirees
*Fishing passes can be picked up at the One Stop Shop or the MWR Main Office, Building 1105 only
*Barney’s Lake is closed to the local community
A valid PA fishing license with trout stamp is needed for a Barney’s Lake fishing permit, children will need a Barney’s Lake pass as well as all adults
